JANUARY 2023: TEEN LIFE SKILLS GROUP
Facilitated by Jeremy Hallock, Associate Professional Counselor and Melissa Letzler, Masters Level Counselor, and former school counselor.
The group will be gender specific and is designed for high school seniors looking to improve their life skills before leaving home for college.
Skills will be taught with the use of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and will include:
– Process and manage feelings
– Lower stress and anxiety with evidence based-techniques
– Master problem solving skills
– Increase assertiveness and self- advocacy skills
Groups will start mid to late January and will take place at our MRC’s office located at 2850 Johnson Ferry Rd, suite 200. in Marietta, GA. The fee for each class is $49.99 or $359.99 for 8 weeks.
