Facilitated Taylor Dye, Associate Professional Counselor
The group welcomes kids 8-10 yrs old, both genders, and is designed to teach coping and problem solving skills to improve social skills and emotional regulation.
Skills will be taught in a fun learning atmosphere with the use of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and will include:
– Process and manage feelings
– Learn how to create and maintain healthy relationships
– Lower stress and anxiety with evidence based-techniques
– Master problem solving skills
– Increase assertiveness and self- advocacy skills
Groups will start in June and will take place at our MRC’s office located at:
2850 Johnson Ferry Rd, in Marietta, GA.
The fee for each class is $560 for 8 weeks including a complementary family session
