The Teen Girls’ Trauma Support Group is a group facilitated by Laura Haines, Licensed Professional Counselor. Laura is a trained trauma therapist with State and National Certifications.

Is your teenager daughter struggling with:

– Difficulty with co-parenting after a divorce
– Bullying
– Struggling with relationships at school or at home
– Friend betrayal
– Struggling with emotional regulation
– Sexual trauma
– Grief and loss
– Challenging family situations or family conflicts…

The class is a safe and comfortable space for each teen to share struggles and to heal. The class is designed for 15 to 17 years old female teenagers dealing with various traumatic or negative situations or events.

Various proven techniques to deal with trauma will be discussed and learned. This will also address the possible results of dealing with trauma such as anxiety, depression and PTSD. They will learn coping skills to manage emotions and start the healing process.
