FALL 2019: SELF-ESTEEM CLASS FOR TEEN GIRLS

The Self-Esteem class for teen girls is a closed group facilitated by Raven Jamison, our Licensed Master Social Worker. Raven has extensive training and experience with teens from various backgrounds. 

The class is designed for teenage girls 15 to 17-year-old dealing with low self-esteem, lack of confidence, shyness, and body image issues.

Is your loved one struggling to make friends? is social media affecting her and how she sees and thinks of herself? Does she keep getting hurt by her relationships? Is she volatile with relationships?

The self-Esteem class for teens is a 4 week commitment, and will take place at our MRC’s office located at 2850 Johnson Ferry Rd, suite 250. in Marietta, GA on Monday nights from 6:30 to 7:30 pm from October 7th to October 28th. The fee for the class is $140. 

The class will teach coping skills to build and maintain healthy relationships with others, learn about healthy boundaries around people and social media, and how to practice self-care.
