My name is Sam and I started my career down in Valdosta, Georgia prior to moving to the Atlanta area. I see adults of all ages and couples in all stages of their relationships.
Maybe you are seeking counseling because you are feeling anxious and are overwhelmed, perhaps you are trying to cope with the ending of a relationship or struggling to handle your emotions and don’t know what to do. Whatever the difficulty, as your counselor, I believe it is my job to walk alongside you and help you through the difficult times that life brings.
The decision to start therapy takes a lot of courage and I strive to create an open and safe place for you to share your vulnerabilities, work towards lasting change, and feel understood and validated.
I really enjoy working with individuals who seek to learn new coping skills, improve their self-esteem, and explore their emotions. I am also passionate about supporting couples who desire to improve their intimacy, trust, and communication skills.
As your therapist, my approach is encouraging, supportive, and collaborative. I am dedicated to helping guide you through difficult times and to cultivate joy. I want to help you achieve your desired goals by teaching you the tools and skills needed for cultivating change and emotional growth.
I am accepting new clients and look forward to working with you!
While not at work, you can likely find me cooking, hanging out with friends, or cuddling with my two cats.
