This CBT for anxiety and depression group is designed to help many people these days dealing with some form of anxiety and depression.
To keep the intimacy of the group and allow everyone to express themselves, we are keeping the group small at 10 people. Our groups offer a safe and non-judgmental space where people can share their feelings and learn from others’ experiences. All information disclosed during sessions is kept confidential.
This CBT for anxiety and depression group will teach individuals to become aware of their inner self-talk. You will learn to identify your beliefs and thoughts that are not serving you and will be offered new and healthier ways to cope and process your thoughts. CBT is a well regarded and proven technique that has helped many people reach a healthier mindset and live more fulfilled lives!
Most people are not aware of their inner-talk and how it shapes their lives and pushes certain undesirable outcomes. If you want more positive outcomes in your life, your thought patterns might need to be given more attention and changed to a more useful set of beliefs through the CBT technique.
